I am a Mother, a Widow, and a person that overcame significant life trauma. The motivation for my profession is to help others overcome. As a Licensed and Board Certified Therapist I specialize in Grief, Stress, and Trauma. I help my clients identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them emotional pain, anxiety, and stress. As the owner of Covenant Way Wellness I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to helping you as well.
