One of my passions is addressing the stigma surrounding mental health conditions in minority communities and ensuring quality mental healthcare for all. I believe awareness and advocacy are the best ways to combat this stigma. I have 12 years of experience working with at-risk youth and parents in educational settings. You can follow me on Instagram at @therapywithbrittany where I share community resources, inspirational thoughts, and shed a light on mental health issues.

Brittany Peeples Ed.S.

I have counseling experience in trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, women’s issues, weight loss, and body image counseling. I strive to create a welcoming environment for my clients to promote a safe space for healing. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and will guide clients to increase self-awareness, gain new perspectives, decrease symptoms, and increase personal strengths. I enjoy working with adults of all ages, backgrounds, abilities, and I’m LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Melissa Lawrence Ed.S.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Regent University who comes to this field by way of working in women's health for 20 years. Providing a supportive and safe environment for you during our discussions is an absolute priority. Therefore, I commit to being open and real while I hold your space and foster an environment of growth and healing. Together we will rally your resilience, rediscover your grit, and find a way through hardship.

Karen Carroll M.S.

After having worked in the field of psychiatry for 10 plus years, while also being a father of 5 and husband to an amazing wife, I felt it was time to take the next step. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) student and future PMHNP, I want to form a collaborative wellness approach. This approach seeks to heal the whole person. I look forward to adding some of my own strength to yours to help you grow and succeed.

Jonathan Gogol BSN

I have 20 years of experience working with clients with intellectual disabilities, mental health, and psychological disorders in residential, home, and group settings. I believe all clients are capable of change because we are shaped by our experiences and circumstances. I specialize in helping clients nurture and discover ways to take control, enjoy, and make the most of their lives by providing support and access to resources and treatment that help to improve emotional and mental wellness.

Debra Segura M.A.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Regent University. I have spent time in the military, along with being a military spouse so I understand how difficult the stress around the military can be. It is my continuous goal to advocate for my clients, present a safe, accepting space for you to be you, and work directly with my clients to bring change. I work from a strengths-based approach working together to help facilitate positive growth.
