NEW: Women's Mindfulness Wednesdays!
We are so excited to start a new group, just for women called "Women's Mindfulness Wednesdays". This is a women's group tailored to provide support for stress management, emotional management, relaxation, nutrition, dieting-and more!
We want to discuss what is important to you and provide you a community of support as we go through each of these topics. Not only will you be enriched by our discussions, but you will discover how you are not alone. This group will meet for 4 weeks starting Wednesday, October 7th.
