Brittany Peeples, Ed.S., Resident in Counseling, is a Counseling Resident with Covenant Way Clinical Counseling.
She graduated from Old Dominion University in 2019 with an Educational Specialist Certificate in Mental Health Counseling, Norfolk State University in 2008 with a Masters of Arts in Urban Education degree in Community Counseling, and Virginia Tech in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Currently, she is completing licensure hours to become a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia.
She has 12 years of experience working with at-risk youth and parents in educational settings. Brittany is passionate about addressing the stigma surrounding mental health conditions in minority communities and ensuring quality mental healthcare for all. She believes awareness and advocacy are the best ways to combat this stigma.
